Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT)

The Garant Maschinenhandel Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point of contact for receiving, analyzing, coordinating, and disclosing reported product cybersecurity vulnerabilities within the Garant Maschinenhandel GmbH.

The PSIRT coordinates collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders and ensures a structured, responsible, and coordinated handling of cybersecurity-related incidents.

Reporting Vulnerabilities

If you suspect that you have discovered a vulnerability or a cybersecurity-related issue in a Garant Maschinenhandel product or software, we kindly ask you to report it responsibly to our PSIRT.

Recommended Content for Your Report

To enable efficient analysis and processing, your report should include the following information wherever possible:

  • Affected product and/or software version
  • Description of the vulnerability
  • Assessment of potential impact
  • Additional information such as:
    • Proof of concept (PoC)
    • Exploit details
    • Logs, Ref-Numbers, traces or screenshots

Responsible Disclosure

Garant Maschinenhandel supports the principle of Responsible / Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure.

All incoming reports are treated confidentially, assessed, and, if necessary, addressed in coordinated communication with the reporting party and relevant partners.
